My favorite areas to show full-time residential home buyers starts at the lower 1/3 of Sarasota from the beaches and go as far east past I-75 and south to Osprey, Nokomis, Venice, North Port, and Englewood. I call this the "Sweet Spot". This area has the most access to beaches and bay front. This is where I can find the most desirable homes, schools, shopping, and dining.
